Eagle Pass Water Work System (EPPWS) Manager Jorge Barrera is announcing to the public that the EPWWS computer programs and server has been cleared and the Water Works System is once again taking payments with credit cards and electronic checks.

Eagle Pass Water Work System Manager Jorge Barrera has announced that the EPWWS computer systems have been hacked. Barrera states that one of the system’s main servers was hacked into multiple times since late November and into early December, until it was caught.
